Emmanuel Marsigny formed MARSIGNY AVOCATS in October 2013, after having been a partner at Metzner Associas, which he co-founded in 1998.
Admitted to the Paris Bar since 1995, member of the International Bar Association, he is a reputed and appreciated specialist in criminal defence, handling cases covering all aspects of general criminal law and corporate criminal law (finance, securities, tax, environment, economic or political), with notable experience in sensitive and/or high-profile cases. He also specializes in extradition matters.
In recent years, Emmanuel Marsigny has advised in most part of prominent criminal cases such as the Elf case, fake jobs at the Paris city hall, Angolagate, Furiani stadium disaster, Concorde plane crash, so-called “ill-gotten-gains” case, sale of Compiègne horse racecourse, Concorde gambling circle, Brétigny-sur-Orge train crash, etc…
Emmanuel Marsigny regularly represents clients before the ordinary courts (assize courts, criminal courts and appeal courts) and special courts or independent administrative authorities.
